We represent the voice of Ontario’s independent electrical contractors to various government authorities, bringing attention to issues that matter to your business and the industry. We advocate for fair and democratic labour laws, having successfully contended for one-to-one apprentice to journeyperson ratios in 2018.

The OEL's role is to represent, communicate, educate and promote Ontario's electrical industry through chapter meetings, conferences, seminars, trade shows, training programs, government relations initiatives and more.
